Dorset Visual Arts. In Our Nature Exhibition. Fine Foundation Gallery, Durlston Country Park, Swanage, Dorset.

I was really pleased to have my fine art Digital Art print – Velocity selected for this Exhibition. The Exhibition is a major new exhibition running from the 23rd May to 11th June 2025 and exploring the relationship between Dorset’s natural Environment and artist’s studio practices, showcasing the county’s unique biodiversity and its’s role as a source of inspiration. The exhibition features artistic responses to the Climate and Ecological Emergency by some of Dorset’s most talented artists.

Velocity will be available to purchase as a framed Limited Edition Print. Beautifully framed in UV Non reflective Art glass by Art and Beyond. https://www.artandbeyond.co.uk/  A local framing, printing and gallery, based at Beaminster and Crewkerne. Art and Beyond also stock some of my other work within their two galleries at Beaminster and Crewkerne. I will also have two other pieces of work available to purchase at the exhibition within the browsers called Approaching Storm and Midnight Shore. Velocity and my other work represents my love of the Jurassic Coastline and namely West Bay, Dorset. I often visit West Bay and I love to observe and study the different weather and atmospheric conditions and the forms of the waves towards the shore.

The Exhibition is held in a beautiful location at the Fine Foundation Gallery by the sea at Durlston Country Park which is a National Nature Reserve so if you want a day out amongst nature in a beautiful setting or just a stroll and some lunch then this Exhibition and location is well worth a visit.
