I will deliver Products to the address you supply when ordering on the Web Site. You must provide an address where someone will be in (ie work address, neighbour, friend etc.) to accept the delivery.
Overseas orders
You are liable for any import duty arising from shipping outside the UK.
All orders which are sent to countries other than the United Kingdom are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and the recipient maybe subject to local taxes and customs import duty which is charged on the value of the order.
Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Print Handling
Each print is carefully inspected before signing and or numbering the edition. It is then rolled in acid-free tissue paper and packed into a heavy-duty wide diameter tube for shipping.
If you are unfamiliar with handling large prints, it is recommended, if possible, to leave this to your framer. Your framer will allow it to flatten out under a sheet of tissue and mount board and then dry mount it to a substrate to ensure it stays perfectly flat.
For rolled and larger prints, if you plan to unroll it yourself, it is essential to allow plenty of space on a clear, clean, flat surface. For larger prints, it’s easier with two people, to ensure it doesn’t curl, crease or scratch. The prints are rolled with the curl of the paper (the way it is rolled for printing) with the image side facing out. It is essential not to try rolling it print side in, or in the opposite orientation as this will damage the print.
