The Dorset Open Exhibition 2025. Hosted by the Dorset Museum and Art Gallery and produced by Dorset Visual Arts. 18th October until 30th November 2025.

I was delighted to have Rolling Mists at Dawn, a work on canvas selected for this exhibition. The exhibition is being hosted at the Dorset Museum and Art Gallery in Dorchester and produced by Dorset Visual Arts and with support from Dorchester Arts, Arts in Hospital and Evolver Magazine. I am very much looking forward to participating in this Exhibition and also seeing the wonderful artworks on display from the artists and makers. The artworks will also be on sale at the Exhibition.

Rolling Mists at Dawn is inspired by observing the beautiful Dawn sunrises and varying lighting and weather conditions from my view towards Symondsbury in Dorset and the hills in the far distance. Created from a blend of images taken at different days with different light over Symondsbury to create this painterly and atmospheric style. This work is a Digital Fine Art print on canvas. Limited Edition No 5/50. The Canvas size measures 24 x 24 inches and has a 4.4 cm stretcher thickness with the printed image wrapping around all sides.

Held in the Dorset Museum with it’s long established history of the curation of Dorset and the many interesting items on display at the museum from Archaeology to works of art.
