I spent a great couple of days visiting the Dorset Visual Arts – In Our Nature Exhibition that is showing at the Fine Foundation Gallery at Durlston Country Park, Swanage, Dorset.

I also had an opportunity to be a Steward at this event on the Saturday the 31st May with a great Stewarding partner – Richard Gregory who produces some very interesting and thought provoking work. The exhibition has been beautifully Curated by Dorset Visual Arts and it was a great opportunity to be involved and see all the creativity on show by the selected Dorset Visual Arts Members, whilst highlighting an important cause for the fragility of the ecology of Dorset. The weather and the people were lovely and I was pleased to find a new home for one of my atmospheric Digital Arts prints of West Bay called Approaching Storm.

The Exhibition is running until the 11th June 2025 and should you visit on a Saturday morning, you may find yourself chased down some paths by some Jurassic Coast Dinosaurs! Durlston Country Park hosts the Parkrun every day on a Saturday at 9:00 am and people get dressed up in fancy dress for this run. For wildlife enthusiasts there are Fulmars, Guillemots and Razor bills nesting along the cliffs at the park at the moment.
